Bio
Um, hello. Usually, I don't have anything written in the bio section, mostly because I don't know what to say, and feel sheepish about self promotion. However, I felt it's time to put just a wee bit here about me for anyone that happens to stumble along.

I'm 31, joyously female, and just have just started my life over. I'm single, childfree, live with my folks, kinda old fashioned, and in love with life. I'm at times both an introvert and extrovert, passionate about history, astronomy, theology, literature, and a score of other things. I'm hellbent on getting my pilot's license one day, and find myself looking forward to becoming a spinster with a dozen or so cats, dogs and bunnies running around the yard of my old Victorian house. Running frees my soul, and I do it whenever I have the chance.

I lived for three years in Charlottesville, Virginia and I miss it every day. I'm ardently anti-drama, tolerant, polite to all, but keep to myself, save for a few good friends. I'm very much an anachronism with a wicked sense of humor, but I like it that way. I am fascinated with politics and religion, and prefer they are kept separate in every way. I abhor the heat, and am convinced I was a polar bear in my last life. I am oft found with a cup of tea in one hand, and a book in the other.

I'm a certified nursing assistant, currently working in a restaurant, but hopefully not much longer. My hope is to return to college, and graduate with a degree in nursing. Or mortuary science. Or history. Or something.

My journal is friends only, but if you'd like to read, just leave a comment or send me a message.

Say nothing of my religion.
It is known to my God and myself alone.

True nobility lies not in being superior to one's fellow man;
but being superior to one's former self.
